For all customers with new system installations, American Air Heating and Cooling offers our signature Peace of Mind warranty and maintenance program. Following installation of a new system, a 10 year parts and labor warranty is offered to you, as well as an annual maintenance of your system. This gives you the peace of mind that your new heating and cooling system will be well taken care of, as well as knowing that if there ever is a time when you need us, it is covered and we will be there. 

 

Cost: $600/year over 10 year period 

 

This can be paid annually or bi-annually. Customers who wish to pay the entire amount upfront are eligible for a 10% discount.
