Peace of Mind Warranty Program
For all customers with new LG system installations, American Air Heating and Cooling offers our signature Peace of Mind warranty and maintenance program. Following installation of a new system, a 12 year parts and labor warranty is offered to you, as well as an annual maintenance of your system. This gives you the peace of mind that your new heating and cooling system will be serviced and maintained at no additional charge for 12 years following the date of installation.
Cost: $600.00/year over 12 year period totaling $7,200.00 plus tax
This can be paid annually or bi-annually. Customers who wish to pay the entire amount upfront are eligible for a 10% discount.

Following installation of a new system, a 10 year parts and labor warranty is offered to you, as well as an annual maintenance of your system. This gives you the peace of mind that your new heating and cooling system will be serviced and maintained at no additional charge for 10 years following the date of installation.

Service Contract
At American Air Heating and Cooling, we want you to feel comfortable knowing your heating and cooling needs are well taken care of. Our service contract will be sure to keep your mind at ease and give you the reassurance that you’re looking for.
Our yearly service contract cost is $450.00 plus tax
Priority Service:
As being a valued customer and utilizing our service contract, you will have our guarantee of service within 24 hrs of your phone call.
Yearly Service Call (valued at $300.00):
We will conduct a thorough visual and mechanical inspection of your equipment to ensure its operation is at top performance every year.
25% parts and 15% labor discount:
For our valued customers, we would like to provide a 25% parts discount as well as 15% off all labor on any service call throughout the year.
