Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement

Effective October 29, 2026

These terms apply to the American Air Heating and Cooling, LLC website and to our online estimate system (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms.

Using the website

You may use our website to learn about our services and contact us. Please do not misuse it, try to break or disrupt it, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.

Online estimates

• When we send you an estimate, you receive a private link. It is meant for you and anyone you choose to share it with to help you decide.
• Estimates are based on what we saw or were told during our visit, and are valid for the period shown on the estimate.
• Prices, monthly payment amounts and rebate information shown online are estimates. Financing is subject to credit approval by Synchrony, and rebates depend on program rules.

Electronic signatures

When you type your name and approve an estimate, you are signing it electronically. Your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten one. Your approval accepts the estimate together with the Terms and Conditions shown with it, and we email you a signed copy. Your right to cancel a home improvement contract under New York law is explained in those Terms and Conditions.

License to the estimate system

American Air's online estimate system, including its software, design and connection to QuickBooks Online, is owned and operated by American Air for its own business. American Air staff use it under this agreement. Customers receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to view, sign and pay for their own estimates through the links we provide. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the system, or try to access estimates or data that are not yours.

Third-party services

Payments are processed by Intuit through QuickBooks Payments, and financing is provided by Synchrony. When you pay or apply, those companies' own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for their services.

Disclaimers

We work to keep the Services accurate and available, but they are provided "as is," and we do not promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing on the website is a guarantee of price, availability or results until it is included in an estimate you approve.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, American Air is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or estimate system. This section does not limit our responsibilities under an approved estimate and its Terms and Conditions, or any rights you have that cannot be limited under law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in effect when you approve an estimate apply to that estimate.
